Terms of use.

The plain-language agreement for learning here: what you can do with the content, what we ask of you, and where each of us stands.

Effective September 17, 2026 · Vyro Turkey Teknoloji Limited Sirketi

1.The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Vyro Turkey Teknoloji Limited Sirketi(“we”, “us”), the operator of ImagineAcademy(the “Academy”). By browsing the Academy, joining by email, signing in, registering for an ImagineLive session or downloading a resource pack, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Academy.

Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle your data and form part of these terms. Your use of the Imagine.art product itself is governed by the Imagine.art terms, not by this page.

2.Who may use the Academy

You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, to hold a membership. If you use the Academy on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for it.

3.Membership and your account

Membership is free. There are two ways to become a member: joining by email, which puts you on our list and gives you a Member ID but does not sign you in, and continuing with Google, which creates a signed-in account that unlocks member-only lessons and saves your progress. Both are tied to your email address, and using the same address for both joins them up into one record.

  • Give us accurate information and keep it current.
  • Your account is personal. Do not share sign-in access or let anyone else use your membership.
  • Your Member ID identifies you on the Academy and on any certificate you earn. It cannot be transferred.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting it removes your progress and registrations permanently.

4.Our content and your licence to it

Everything on the Academy, including course videos, lesson notes, resource packs, live session recordings, artwork, the ImagineAcademy and Imagine.art names and marks, and the site itself, belongs to us or to the instructors and licensors who provided it, and is protected by copyright and other laws.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the content and to download resource packs for your own learning and for use in your own creative work. That licence does not allow you to:

  • copy, record, download, scrape or redistribute lessons, replays or their transcripts;
  • resell, sublicense, rehost or bundle any content, including resource packs, or present it as your own or as part of your own course;
  • remove or obscure any notice of ownership or attribution;
  • use the content, or automated tools on the site, to train a machine-learning model without our written permission.

Techniques you learn are yours to use. The work you make with them is yours, subject to the terms of whatever tools you make it with.

5.Acceptable use

While using the Academy you agree not to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • attempt to get around the member gate, access the Studio or another person’s account, or probe, scan or overload the service;
  • submit false information in a form, register for sessions on behalf of people who did not ask you to, or use the join and registration forms to send unsolicited messages;
  • harass instructors, staff or other members, including in the chat of a live session or in the community spaces we link to;
  • use automated means to collect content or member information from the site.

6.ImagineLive sessions

Live sessions are streamed on third-party platforms (currently LinkedIn Live and X) and published afterwards as replays on the Academy. Sessions are recorded. Questions and comments you post in a platform’s chat during a session may be read aloud, shown on screen or appear in the replay; if you do not want that, watch without commenting.

Registering saves your seat and lets us email you the joining link, a reminder and the replay. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled; we will tell registered members by email and on the session page. Times are shown in Pacific Time unless the page says otherwise.

7.Progress and certificates

Progress is recorded per lesson and rolled up into module and course completion. Where a course says it issues a certificate, the certificate confirms that you completed the course on the Academy. It is not an accredited qualification, does not certify professional competence, and we may withdraw it if it was obtained by breaching these terms. Certificate issuing is being introduced progressively and may not be available for every course yet.

8.Third-party services and links

The Academy relies on services we do not control: Google for sign-in, YouTube for video, LinkedIn and X for live streams, Discord for community. Links to them, and to other sites, are provided for convenience. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Course content may showImagine.artand other tools; your use of any tool is under that tool’s terms.

9.Educational content and AI

The Academy teaches creative work with AI tools. Lessons reflect their instructors’ experience at the time of recording; tools change quickly and results vary. Nothing on the Academy is legal, financial or professional advice, and you are responsible for checking that the work you make, including any AI output, is suitable for your purpose and respects the rights of others.

10.Disclaimers

The Academy is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Academy or its content, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, availability or non-infringement. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Academy at any time.

11.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Academy. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Academy is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12.Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Academy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close a membership, or restrict access to any part of the Academy, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the service. Sections 4, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Academy grows. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page and, for changes that materially affect members, tell you by email or with a notice on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the Academy after that date means you accept the new terms.

14.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vyro Turkey Teknoloji Limited Sirketi is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim there. Before going to court, please email us; most problems are solved in a reply.
